We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our Joomla extensions for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply contact us with:
- Your name or email address used for the purchase
- The product you would like refunded
We will process the refund through Paddle within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
What happens after a refund
- Your download key will be deactivated and you will no longer receive updates.
- Your access to technical support for the refunded product will end.
- You are expected to uninstall the extension from your site(s).
Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Your account has been terminated due to a violation of our terms and conditions.
- You have previously received a refund for the same product.
Renewals
Since subscriptions are not renewed automatically, there are no accidental renewal charges. If you manually renew your subscription and are not satisfied, the same 14-day refund policy applies to the renewal payment.
