1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing, downloading or using a product supplied by LolkV.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

LolkV.com is operated by Lolk Safety, Sanderumvej 82, 5250 Odense SV, Denmark, VAT number DK33799888. Lolk Safety supplies the products, official updates and technical support. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for purchases made through our checkout.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" refers to Lolk Safety, operating LolkV.com.
"You", "your", "customer" refers to the person or entity using a product or purchasing a subscription through Paddle.
"Product" refers to EasyLearn, Frontend UserManager and User Import & Export, including packages that contain more than one of these Joomla extensions.
"Subscription" refers to a recurring 12-month commercial plan that provides download access, official updates and technical support.
"Production website" means a live website used to deliver services or content to its intended users. Local development environments and genuine staging or test copies are not production websites.
"Download key" refers to the unique key used to access protected downloads and official updates.

3. Products and licensing

Our Joomla extensions are licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later. The GPL governs your rights to use, modify and redistribute the source code.

Single and Professional plans contain the same product functionality. They differ only in the number of production websites covered by official updates and technical support:

Single — 1 registered production website
Professional — an unlimited number of registered production websites

Local development environments and staging or test websites may be used without counting towards the production website limit.

User Import & Export is available as a standalone product and is also included with every Frontend UserManager subscription. The Complete Bundle includes EasyLearn, Frontend UserManager and User Import & Export.

The website limits apply to our commercial services — including protected downloads, official automatic updates and support — and do not reduce rights granted to you by the GPL.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions run for 12 months and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Paddle charges the payment method associated with your subscription at the start of each renewal period.

Renewals receive a 20% loyalty discount on the applicable regular price. The renewal price and next billing date are shown in your account and Paddle customer portal.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through the Paddle customer portal, available from your receipt email or account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain your subscription benefits until that date.

When a subscription expires or is cancelled at the end of its paid period:

The installed extension continues to work — it is not remotely disabled.
Access to new downloads, official updates and technical support ends.
The download key becomes inactive for protected downloads and updates.

5. Payment

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle is the seller for the payment transaction and handles checkout, billing, VAT and sales tax, invoicing, subscription payments and payment data. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Prices are listed in EUR. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location, as determined by Paddle.

6. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally after a successful purchase:

Your subscription and download entitlement are added to your account.
You receive a download key in your account area and by email.
You can download the latest available package. No physical goods are shipped.

If you experience a delivery or access problem, please contact us so we can resolve it.

7. Refund policy

We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for the original purchase of a subscription. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Refunds of renewal payments are governed by Paddle's refund policy and any mandatory rights that apply in your country. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. See our refund policy for full details.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or rights relating to products that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Technical support

Customers with an active subscription can request technical support through our private support desk. Support is provided for the production websites covered by the subscription and includes:

Installation and configuration assistance
Bug reports and troubleshooting
General product usage questions

Support does not include:

Custom development or modification of extension code
Resolving defects in third-party templates, extensions or services
Server administration or hosting configuration
Training or consulting services

We aim to respond within 2 business days, but response times may vary.

9. Intellectual property

The product source code is released under the GNU GPL version 2 or later. The LolkV name, logo, website design and non-code content — including product text, images and documentation — remain the property of Lolk Safety or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission except where applicable law or a separate licence allows it.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, our products are provided "as is" without additional express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every hosting environment or with every third-party extension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lolk Safety is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the products, including loss of data, revenue or business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the subscription giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and account termination

We may suspend commercial services, terminate an account or deactivate a download key if you:

Materially violate these terms
Engage in abusive, threatening, fraudulent or illegal behaviour
Share a download key or provide unauthorised access to protected downloads
Attempt to circumvent site limits, access controls or the update system

Suspension or termination ends access to protected downloads, official updates and support. It does not revoke rights that the GPL grants for copies already lawfully received.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Changes do not remove mandatory rights or retrospectively reduce benefits already paid for during a current subscription period.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms govern the relationship between you and Lolk Safety and are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and access to competent courts provided by the law of your country. The payment transaction with Paddle is separately governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
