Each product can be used independently. EasyLearn provides courses, quizzes and certificates. Frontend UserManager lets delegated administrators manage users, groups and access levels from the frontend. User Import & Export handles controlled CSV and XLSX transfers and is available standalone as well as included with Frontend UserManager. When used together, imports and exports follow Frontend UserManager's delegated permissions and group visibility rules.

Yes. All three products use standard Joomla output with Bootstrap 5 classes and work with templates compatible with their supported Joomla versions. EasyLearn also includes customizable color themes that adapt to your site design.

English (en-GB) is the default language. Language packs are available for Danish, French and German. All strings use standard Joomla language files, so you can also create your own translation. Community translations are welcome.

Choose Single for one registered production website or Professional for unlimited production websites. Both plans include the complete product with the same functionality. Local development environments plus staging and test sites do not count towards your production website allowance.

Yes — there is a free live demo at demo.lolkv.com where you can try EasyLearn, Frontend UserManager and User Import & Export, frontend and backend, with no signup. Take a course, create content, manage users and groups, or follow the dedicated User Import & Export tour. The site resets automatically every few hours, so you are free to experiment.

Yes. All renewals receive a 20% discount on the regular price. The discount is applied automatically when you renew your subscription.

Yes. Every Frontend UserManager subscription includes User Import & Export. It is also available as a lower-cost standalone product if you only need user transfers. The Complete Bundle includes EasyLearn and Frontend UserManager, so User Import & Export is included there as well.

After installation, enter your download key in the extension settings. Updates then appear in Joomla's Extension Manager → Update like any other extension. One click to update. Your download key must be active (subscription not expired) for updates to be available.

Active subscribers can post technical questions in the help desk.

No. All updates use Joomla's standard method="upgrade" installation. Your data, settings and configuration are preserved. Database migrations are handled automatically during the update process.

Yes. EasyLearn supports multi-tenant setups using Joomla user groups. Each organization only sees their own courses, students and statistics. Permissions are controlled per course, category and instructor.

Lessons are built with content blocks. Available types: text (rich HTML editor), video (upload MP4/WebM), embedded video (YouTube/Vimeo), audio (MP3/WAV/etc.) and quiz. You can mix and match blocks in any order.

Yes. You can set a validity period per course (or inherit from category/global settings). When a certificate expires, the student can renew it by completing specified lessons or passing the exam again. Configurable email reminders are sent before and after expiry.

Yes, through Joomla user groups. With Auto-Enrollment you pair a user group with one or more courses. When a member pays and Membership Pro adds them to that group, EasyLearn automatically enrolls them in the linked course(s) — optionally with a customisable enrollment email. Because it is built on standard Joomla user groups, the same approach works with any extension that assigns user groups (Membership Pro, RSMembership, PayPlans and others), with no custom development. No. Frontend UserManager works with Joomla's existing user system. It reads and writes to the same #__users, #__usergroups and #__viewlevels tables. Changes made in Frontend UserManager are immediately visible in the Joomla backend, and vice versa.

When enabled, the username field is hidden and automatically set to the user's email address. This simplifies registration and login. The included plugin extends this behavior to Joomla's own profile and registration forms as well.

Yes, in hierarchical mode. An administrator can only see and manage users and groups within their own branch of the group tree. For example, a school admin can manage teachers and students in their school, but not in other schools.

The package includes Frontend UserManager, its username and email synchronization plugin, and the complete User Import & Export component. Import and export open directly from the frontend user list and use the same delegated permissions.
